Required Identification as Documentary Verification
Liberty Bank for Savings is a community bank that serves our neighbors and surrounding communities only.
For a new adult customer (age 18 and older) establishing a Retail Account, documentary evidence consisting of two or more forms of verifiable identification documents must be provided. Documents are categorized as either Primary or Secondary Forms of Identification. At least one identification document is required from the Primary Forms of Identification listed. In addition, a document showing a verifiable residential address must be provided. A signature included on any form of identification is to compare favorably with the signature provided on the signature card.
